Notary Public Service

I specialise in notarial services and have a number of years experience in dealing with a variety of documents to be used overseas. If you are conducting business or you are attending to a personal matter that involves an overseas element but are unable to go abroad and complete the necessary formalities you may be asked to sign documents before a notary public in this country. This is where I can assist.

The function of a notary public, often referred to as a ‘notary’, is to act as an independent legal officer who holds public office and who will prepare and certify many different types of document.

To learn more about why you may have been asked to have your documents notarised please review my blog. If you need your documentation to be notarised simply follow the 5-step guide below.
